The polyaxial distal humeral Y plate selection is designed to provide anatomical bridging of the distal end and shaft for humerus supracondylar fracture fixation. The plate can be used for both right and left humerus fractures. The shaft has a low contact design, and its holes allow either angle-stable or cortical fixation. At the distal end, in addition to angle-stable fixation, polyaxial insertion directions can be selected. The distal end is adjustable and detachable for a customized fit.
